We found butterscotch at a store and thought we should use it in the cake. What we didn’t know was that butterscotch is super hard. It was almost like eating a cake full of pebbles. It has been many weeks but the butterscotch is still stuck between my teeth. Lesson learnt- stay away from butterscotch.
